How to Request Data Deletion

What Data Will Be Deleted

- Shipment and booking history associated with your account
- Any loyalty or rewards programme data
- Communications and support history
- Any data collected via Facebook Login or Meta integrations
Processing Timeline
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. In some cases, we may be required to retain certain data for legal or regulatory purposes (e.g. tax records). Where this applies, we will inform you of the specific data retained and the reason.
